I think Scott is perpatrating a fraud and I think he can ee some what.

The fact of the matter is that most people who are blind and/or visually impaired can see "somewhat".
Scott readily admits what he can and cannot see. A "fraud" he is most certainly NOT.

That's your opinion, I think he play's the blind card to get votes. I don't think he's that good of a singer.
